The presentation will be based on All for Africa’s partnership with the private sector to launch innovative projects that create sustainable local economies, thereby empowering African communities in the fields of health, education, skills training, clean water and micro-financing to better control their destinies. This mission is achieved through:
1. Project development aimed at creating sustainable funding to cover operational expenses for community based programs and charities.
2. The creation of valuable collaborative models between for profit companies and not for profit organizations.

DIANE L. MACDONALD Director of Operations, All for Africa Diane joined All for Africa in June of 2008 and coordinated All for Africa’s inaugural launch event “Knock Out Poverty.” Prior to joining All for Africa Ms. MacDonald spent the last four years as consultant to not for profit organizations specializing in special events and program development. Ms. MacDonald was the Founder and Director of two educationally focused not-for-profit organizations; The Telamon Community Center, an After School and Arts Programs for Children and Teens, and the Yoga Learning Connection a yoga-based educational program for school children and children with special needs. Diane’s passion for children, nutrition, and learning lead her to develop Sensory YogaPlay: a Therapeutic Practice for Children with Special Need a workshop for educators and health professionals. Ms. MacDonald was the successful owner and operator of a full service event planning and production company and temporary staffing agency – Artful Events Ltd. “I believe the future of not for profit development lies in collaboration and sustainability.
